With more than 25 years of dedicated experience in the childcare sector, she recognized the critical need for high-quality training and support for educators. Driven by her passion for fostering growth and excellence in childcare, Consuelo established Blue Sky Training and Development to empower childcare teachers and significantly elevate the standards of childcare across Texas. Her commitment to professional development aims to create nurturing and enriching environments for young children, ultimately shaping a brighter future for the community.
Cheryl Greene, Lead Trainer
Cheryl has dedicated over 30 years to training in the childcare industry and has accumulated more than 40 years of experience as a Director. Throughout her extensive career, she has garnered a variety of prestigious accolades, including the esteemed Trainer of the Year award. Cheryl is deeply passionate about her role as an educator, particularly in teaching CDA (Child Development Associate) classes, where she fosters the growth and development of aspiring childcare professionals. She takes great joy in guiding and supporting childcare teachers as they navigate their career paths, helping them to realize their full potential in this rewarding field.
Beverly Olasimbo, Training Specialist
Beverly boasts an impressive career spanning over 25 years in the childcare industry, during which she has cultivated a wealth of knowledge and expertise. She holds both a Child Development Associate (CDA) credential and a Director Credential, reflecting her dedication to professional development. Passionate about nurturing the growth of childcare workers, Beverly is committed to empowering them to unlock their full potential. Diana Correa, Training Specialist
Diana is a dedicated educator with an Associate’s Degree in Early Childhood Education, a Child Development Associate (CDA) credential, and a Director Credential. Bilingual in Spanish and English, she conducts training sessions that not only enhance teaching practices but also ignite a passion for early childhood education among her colleagues. Diana's mission is to inspire and empower as many teachers as possible to cultivate a love for learning in their students, fostering a positive impact in classrooms everywhere.

With a degree in Education, she has dedicated over 26 years to owning and operating a thriving childcare center.
