Consuelo Haller, Founder

Consuelo Haller is a Registered Master Trainer with TECPDS (Texas Early Childhood Professional Development System), an Early Childhood Educator, Professional Development Specialist, and Child Care Health Consultant with over 25 years of experience in the field. She started her Early Childhood Education journey when her mom opened a childcare center in 1999, which is still in operation to this day. It is nationally accredited by NAEYC (National Association for the Education of Young Children) and awarded a 4-star rating by TRS (Texas Rising Star). Having a family-owned and operated childcare business allowed Consuelo to gain experience as a teacher and as a director after earning her Texas Director’s Certificate. She earned her Bachelor of Arts in Business and her MBA from the University of Strathclyde Business School in Glasgow, Scotland, where she had the opportunity to help British childcare center with their marketing, human resources, and accounting needs. In 2020, she pursued a post-graduate degree from the Erikson Institute and earned her Master of Science in Early Childhood Education with an emphasis on Social Emotional Learning in 2022.
